Shipping Policy:
Your order will be normally processed within 24 hours during Monday to Saturday. All orders placed on Sunday will be shipped on Monday. If you are an USA customer you should get it within 4-6 business days. However please note that it may take up to two weeks incase of postal holidays/delays. We ship by USPS Priority mail.
Damaged Shipments:
We make every effort to safely secure and ship all packages, but we understand that sometimes merchandise can be damaged during the shipping process. Merchandise damaged during shipping should be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt. We will contact the shipping company for visual inspection of the merchandise and box. We will then issue you credit for the amount of any confirmed damaged merchandise.
Back Orders:
We regularly stock every item we carry. Although every attempt is made to maintain inventory of each product we carry, occasionally we may run out of certain products. In this event, we will give you an estimated time of availability and give you the choice of canceling the out-of-stock items, holding off shipment of your entire order until the product is available, or receiving a partial shipment of the in-stock items first and the out-of-stock items when they are available. No additional shipping charges will be incurred by the customer for these partial shipments.
Refund/ Return Policy:
Due to nature of the product and large number of abuse, refund will be given only if the bottle is not opened. You'll not qualify for refund if the bottle is unsealed. You must send back the bottle to us no later than 30 days (60 days incase of international order) No refund will be given after the expiry of warranty period. We may deduct up to 25% of the order amount to cover our shipping, handling and restocking expenses. Refund will be processed through Paypal or Stormpay only. No check will be issued for refunds.
If the product has been sent back to us due to wrong shipping address and any other reason we'll resend it once it has been sent back to us. You'll have to pay additional shipping charge.
If the shipment is not delivered by USPS for any reason within reasonable time, we'll send you another bottle at free of cost. Alternatively you have the option of getting full refund.
Before returning the shipment you must contact us and get Return Authorization Code. Refund requests without Authorization code will be ignored.
International Shipping Policy.
International Orders are shipped via USPS Global Priority Mail. The Buyer is responsible for all taxes, duties, tariffs and customs laws in Buyer's country (see additional restrictions below).
International Shipping Restrictions:
We cannot be responsible for any tariffs, customs restrictions or other regulations that apply in countries outside the United States. We encourage you to speak with your customs office if you have any questions.
Do not order items that are illegal to import into your country. Laws are different in every country. It is the customer's responsibility to check with their Customs office to see if their country permits the shipment of our products to their country. A 25% restocking fee will be applied to orders returned by customs as "illegal to import."
If for any reason the package is seized by Customs Officials, we will not issue a refund unless all products are returned to us in their original condition. If the package is returned to us by Customs Officials, the customer is still responsible for any shipping charges. A 25% restocking fee will be applied to orders returned by customs as "unclaimed."
